The RFP requires WCAG 2.1 AA at minimum and prefers WCAG 2.2 AA. This concept therefore treats keyboard access, visible focus, semantic structure, contrast, motion preferences, form errors, touch targets and manual testing as product requirements.

Final compliance claims require documented automated and manual testing against the deployed production environment.
